Your vials arrive as a dry powder
Every vial is freeze-dried (lyophilized), so you'll see a small white cake at the bottom instead of liquid. That's normal — nothing is missing. To reconstitute it you'll need bacteriostatic water, which is sold separately.
How much: one 10 mL bottle covers up to 5 vials at 2 mL each.
Atomizer sprays: already ship with their own diluent — no bac water needed.
