Eligible Returns
We accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original sealed condition with no signs of tampering, damage, or temperature compromise. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Ineligible Returns
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with in any way.
- Products that have not been stored according to the recommended storage conditions (2-8°C for peptides).
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Bacteriostatic water that has been opened.
- Products that were damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
- Custom or special orders.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@durhampeptides.ca with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for your return.
- A photo of the sealed product and packaging.
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send a return without receiving approval and a return authorization from us first.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed via Interac e-Transfer to the email address associated with your original payment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be sent and received. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@durhampeptides.ca with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged or incorrect product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment at no charge. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy applies. If an order is cancelled due to non-payment (failure to send e-Transfer), the order is simply voided.
