All products sold by Durham Peptides are research chemicals intended for in vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. Product descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes related to research applications only.
3. Orders
All orders placed through durhampeptides.ca are subject to acceptance and availability. Durham Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
4. Payment
Durham Peptides accepts payment via Interac e-Transfer only. Payment instructions are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Payment must be received within 12 hours of placing your order. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
5. Shipping
Durham Peptides ships within Canada via Canada Post Xpresspost. Shipping rates and policies are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the items to Canada Post.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our return and refund terms.
7. Purchaser Responsibilities
By purchasing from Durham Peptides, you agree that you will use all products exclusively for legitimate research and laboratory purposes. You will not use, administer, or recommend any product for human or animal consumption. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research chemicals.
