Shipping Policy
Durham Peptides ships all orders from within Canada via Canada Post. We are committed to delivering all research products quickly and reliably.

Processing Time
Orders with confirmed payment received before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and statutory holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost, which includes full tracking and an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days within Canada. A tracking number is provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate shipping: $15.00 CAD
- Free shipping on all orders over $200.00 CAD (automatically applied at checkout).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your package at canadapost-postescanada.ca or through the Canada Post mobile app.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship the order to the corrected address for a $10.00 CAD reshipping fee. If the customer does not respond within 7 days of notification, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
Storage During Transit
All peptide products are shipped in insulated packaging when necessary. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide powders are stable at room temperature for several days during transit. Upon receipt, please refrigerate all peptide vials at 2-8°C. Bacteriostatic water may be stored at room temperature.
Signature & Restrictions
We do not require a signature for delivery unless you specifically request one. Additional fees may apply for signature-required delivery. We currently ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
