Description
CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29) carrying a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC): a maleimidopropionyl group on an added C-terminal lysine that lets the peptide bind to albumin. It shares its 29-amino-acid sequence with CJC-1295 (No DAC), also called Modified GRF (1-29); the DAC is what separates the two.
Durham Peptides stocks both forms domestically for researchers running comparative work.

Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT IS CJC-1295 WITH DAC?
A synthetic GHRH(1-29) analog with a Drug Affinity Complex attached to an added lysine at the C-terminus.
WITH DAC VS NO DAC — WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
Both share the same modified 29-amino-acid GHRH sequence. The DAC version adds a lysine carrying a maleimidopropionyl group, which binds albumin; the No DAC version (Modified GRF 1-29) does not have it. Durham Peptides stocks both.
HOW SHOULD CJC-1295 WITH DAC BE STORED AND RECONSTITUTED?
Keep sealed, lyophilized vials frozen (−20°C), protected from light and moisture. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water (sold separately). Once reconstituted, keep the vial refrigerated at 2–8°C, away from light.
HOW IS IT SHIPPED IN CANADA?
Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM ET ship the same business day via Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking. Shipping is domestic from within Canada, so there are no customs delays or border holds.
IS THERE A COA?
Yes. Every vial carries a lot number, and certificates are published at durhampeptides.ca/lab-results as independent third-party testing of each batch completes.
